Special feature:

You will learn over 140 movement variations, giving your body new possibilities and protecting it from overload in the long term.

Organisational – What to bring:

We will be doing some movements barefoot, so please bring thick or non-slip socks if you don’t want to go barefoot.

Bring a soft blanket for everything done on the floor. You can also use a yoga mat or something similar as an additional layer, but you will still need the blanket because it slides better on the floor.

If you need a pillow when lying on your side, please bring a second blanket to use as head support, as your head can roll better on it.

Please also bring your own food and drinks, as we will take small breaks throughout the day.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Main reasons why people come to me

Movement problems

Over the years, everyday movements or sports activities can lead to pain and restrictions in the joints. With targeted movement impulses, these problems can often be quickly alleviated or even completely resolved.

“I am crooked”

Many people complain about misalignments, scoliosis, or leg length differences. Depending on the severity, these diagnoses can often be addressed easily. When we restore the correct body mechanics, the misalignment often disappears completely or improves to the point where your body can handle it without problems.

Consequences of accidents

Do you want to support your recovery but don’t know how?
Whether it’s acute injuries like bruises and strains, or older injuries like fractures or surgical implants – we will find individual approaches.
Note: Please inform me before the seminar about your issue so that I can support you optimally.

Untreatable complaints

Everything has been tried medically, but your movement remains unstable, painful, or inefficient? Limitations from metal plates, scars, or joint stiffness do not have to be the final word. With specific exercises and new movement patterns, we find solutions.

For athletes

I will show you how to use your body more effectively for your sport – through a broader movement spectrum and more precise patterns. These adjustments can improve your performance and protect your body in the long term.

For riders

No one needs as much body control as riders. The coordination of your spine and limbs is crucial to give precise signals to your horse and to respond better to its movements. After the seminar, you will be able to significantly enhance and develop your skills.

Chronic movement restrictions

Conditions such as stroke, rheumatism, arthritis, or connective tissue disorders often make movement difficult. In the seminar, we give your body impulses to make restricted movements conscious again and easier to perform.

Making everyday challenges easier

  • Walking, standing, sitting, lying:
These basic movements often become a burden. With new impulses, you will learn to perform them lightly and comfortably – supported by videos even after the seminar.

  • Lifting objects:
Lifting correctly can become your daily training without straining your body. You will notice how easy it can be!

  • Climbing stairs:
After the seminar, you will feel more energized after climbing stairs instead of exhausted. You can also use these techniques while hiking.

  • Sitting at the office:
Sitting for hours does not have to lead to pain. We will show you how to sit dynamically and comfortably so that you remain flexible by the end of the day.

Movement restrictions and joint pain

In everyday life, you can contribute to the “repair” of your joints yourself by guiding and adapting your movements consciously.

Running with ease

Running should be fun and not strain your body. With the right techniques, you will feel revitalized after jogging, without joint pain. Even small adjustments can make a big difference.
